Nanci Nardona Tudish
Nanci Tudish, RYT, CMT, has been passionate about yoga since discovering it on a meditation retreat in 1990. While pregnant with her daughter, Nanci attended her first Whole Birth Yoga class in 2001 and was hooked. She realized quickly that this was to be her calling. The information and sense of community she gained from those classes changed her pregnancy, as well as her views on birth and mothering. Specializing in Hatha yoga, Nanci focuses on breath awareness, alignment, and relaxation. She uses her skills as a Certified Massage Therapist and Second-Degree Reiki Practitioner in her classes. She shares her experiences with her students and helps empower them on their journey as moms. Her knowledge and passion of yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, is a key element in her teaching as well as in her life. Nanci teaches weekly classes in San Jose and leads yoga workshops in the Bay Area throughout the year. For a complete list of Nanci's classes, please visit Nanci at www.aatmayoga.com.
In this blog, Nanci presents three safe and important prenatal yoga poses for expectant moms that are designed to calm the mind and body, release tension stored in muscles, and connect you with your breath and with your unborn baby, as you prepare your body for your baby's birth.
