Shoulder Weakness
Shoulder weakness and pain
A wide variety of problems can lead to shoulder pain. One of the most common causes of pain is shoulder instability due to poor biomechanics. There are several muscles whose job it is to stabilize the shoulder, and particularly the scapula as it does its work. When this stabilization doesn’t happen, the shoulder does not function optimally. Through Indian club and kettlebell training you can learn how to stabilize the scapula and the muscles around the scapula. This stabilization leads to improved shoulder function. By training the shoulder and improving stability, athletes may be able to prevent injury to the shoulder in competitive sports.
There are many other causes of shoulder pain and weakness. It is always prudent to check with your doctor before beginning any strength and coordination building program.
