Through our on-line courses, we teach traditional weight lifting, olympic lifting, kettlebell training, Indian club training, mace training, and Zurkhaneh training. Each of these techniques has the potential to help you build strength and coordination. Within the next few weeks, we will be bringing you an online weekly training sessions. In these sessions, you will be able to see these tools in action and learn the foundations and principals for building a strength and conditioning program. Once you have a good understanding of how the specific exercise is done, we recommend that you seek a coach who can watch you, ensuring perfect form. By watching online, the principals and concepts of these arts will become second nature for you. Then you can reap the rewards on the field or in the gym.
