This video teaches how to perform the One-Leg Forward Bend or Janu Sirsasana.  One-Leg Forward Bend stretches the spine, shoulders, hamstrings, and groins to stimulate the liver nd kidneys, improve digestion, and calm the brain and nervous system.  Accomodations for Bariatric patients are emphasized.
